We source our wheatgrass for Phaedra Botanicals Revitalizing Mask from the Canterbury Plains in New Zealand, a region known for producing high-quality wheatgrass and barley grass.

Pure glacier water flows from the Southern Alps and provides fresh, clean irrigation. At the same time, clean air and abundant sunshine create ideal conditions for growing these nutrient-rich grasses.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Our experts harvest our wheatgrass just before the plant shifts its energy toward grain production.

Immediately afterward, they transfer it to the processing center. There, they select only the highest-quality leaves, wash them, and blanch them.

As a result, this brief water blanching softens the fibrous structure, helps reduce bacteria, and preserves the grass’s vibrant green color and fresh character.
