Return Requests
Submit all return requests using the form on this page.
Once approved, Phaedra Botanicals OÜ will email you written confirmation and detailed return instructions.
Unauthorised parcels or those not following the instructions may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
EU Returns Only
Returns are accepted only within the European Union.
Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
Important
Fresh Series and any opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, per Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Non-EU returns are not accepted due to customs restrictions.
Customers cover return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, email [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt (do not use the form).
