The Gentle Label marks botanical formulations created without added fragrance, essential oils, benzyl alcohol, or declared fragrance allergens.
Two complementary formulations · 30 ml each
Gentle Bioferment Serum combines botanical distillates, fermentation-derived ingredients, and modern cosmetic actives in a lightweight water-based treatment supporting hydration, firmness, and skin comfort.
Botanical Concentrate is its lipid-rich counterpart — a nourishing waterless treatment bringing together 26 botanicals through precious oils, slow macerates, and concentrated CO₂ extracts.
Together, they provide complementary layers of hydration and nourishment for skin that feels comfortable and looks healthy and resilient.

Questions
How should I use the two formulations together?
Apply Gentle Bioferment Serum first to clean skin. Once absorbed, follow with Botanical Concentrate to nourish the skin and complete your treatment. The two formulations may be used in the morning and/or evening.
Can I use the products separately?
Yes. Gentle Bioferment Serum and Botanical Concentrate are complete formulations that can be used independently.
For the most comprehensive approach, we recommend using them together, combining the hydrating, lightweight treatment of the serum with the lipid-rich nourishment of the concentrate.
For whom is The Gentle Collection designed?
The collection was created for those seeking sophisticated botanical formulations without added fragrance, essential oils, benzyl alcohol, or declared fragrance allergens. It may be particularly appealing to those who prefer a more restrained approach to aromatic ingredients.
What does the Gentle Label mean?
The PHAEDRAE Gentle Label identifies formulations created without added fragrance, essential oils, benzyl alcohol, or declared fragrance allergens. It does not mean that an individual reaction cannot occur, as sensitivity to cosmetic ingredients varies from person to person.
When are the products prepared?
Gentle Bioferment Serum is part of our made-to-order Fresh Series. While Botanical Concentrate is not a Fresh Series formulation, each bottle included in The Gentle Collection is blended fresh specifically for the collection.
The Gentle Collection is therefore made to order and must be preordered.
As a made-to-order product, it is subject to the applicable exception to our standard cancellation and return policy.
