No. It is designed to absorb well and leave a comfortable finish. Adjust the amount to your skin needs.
Can I use it around the eye area?
Yes. Use a small amount and press gently around the orbital area, avoiding direct contact with the eyes. Patch test first if you are eye-sensitive.
