BISABOLOL

We source our bisabolol from the bark of the candeia tree (Vanillosmopsis erythropappa), cultivated in Brazil and extracted and refined in Italy.

Also known as (–)-α-bisabolol or levomenol, bisabolol is a plant-derived sesquiterpene alcohol known for its soothing effect on reactive skin. It has been studied for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties, helping support a calmer, more balanced-looking complexion.
